Bows and Arrows

Information about ranged weapons and ammunition in Remixed Dungeon.

Bows are ranged weapons that require ammunition (arrows) to function. They are generally more accurate and deal more damage than throwing weapons, especially at higher levels.

• Wooden Bow - Basic bow available early in the game
• Elven Bow - Superior bow with higher accuracy and damage
• Short Bow

Arrows are ammunition for bows. They come in various types with different effects:

• Basic Arrow
• Common Arrow - Standard ammunition
• Fire Arrow - Deals fire damage and may ignite targets
• Frost Arrow - Deals frost damage and may freeze targets
• Health Arrow - Heals target
• Poison Arrow - Poisons target
• Paralysis Arrow - Paralyzes target
• Amok Arrow - Makes target attack other enemies
• Toxic Arrow - Applies toxic gas to target

• Moistening: Arrows can be combined with potions to create special arrows (e.g., fire arrows from arrows + liquid flame potion)
• Durability: Arrows are consumed on use
• Accuracy: Bows typically have higher accuracy than throwing weapons

• Essential for Elf class players who start with a bow and arrows
• Arrows can be moistened with potions for additional effects
• Arrows can be found in treasure, shops, or crafted in the alchemy system
