• Distance Calculation:
  1. Maximum range equals wand level + 4
  2. If target is too far, blinks to maximum range
  3. If target cell is occupied, blinks to nearest safe cell

  1. White light magic missile effect
  2. Teleport sound effect
  3. Light speck particles on arrival
